Goal of the Activity
The goal of the activity was to show this unique cultural event that happen every year on the weekend of the 21st of April that celebrate the history of Acient Rome.
Description
We are went to see with the erasmus a very special cultural event about the history of Rome on the 21st of April at the Circo Massimo. In this occasion the Eternal City celebrated its 2,777th birthday, we saw with the erasmus many historical re-enactments including costumed parades, religious celebrations and gladiator fights in the Circus Maximus. This eventi is known as Natale di Roma, the annual birthday celebration is based on the legendary founding of Rome by Romulus in 753 BC.
