The main goal of the activity is to stretch after sitting in front of the computer screen all day, to come to different thoughts and to relax for a while.
Description
There is no better way to go through your day than with a good stretch. Join our yoga class with a certified yoga instructor! All you need is a yoga mat and a little space around yourself.
