Goal of the Activity
The main goal of the activity was to increase awarness about healthy attitude to the eating.
Description
During the webinar, participants had the opportunity to watch a documentary film about attitude towards eating and diets. Afterwards they had a chance to listen about basic rules of mindful eating such as "honor the food" or "engage all senses". The last part was the disccusion about eating habits.
By organising this activity, the organisers want to contribute to the following Sustainable Development Goals
