The goal is to raise awareness for the struggles we are facing mentally during this pandemic, learn about research regarding this topic and being taught easy tips to integrate into daily life to make you feel better.
The covid 19 pandemic has changed our daily life including our student life either abroad or at home. During our health and wellbeing week we want to shed light on the mental struggles most of us are facing and offer ways to cope with them in order to take care of our mental health during this special time. :-)
If you want to learn more join our mental health workshop on Thursday the 6th of May at 4pm! Professors of the psychology department from the PFH Göttingen will share their experiences with us and are open for any questions you might have !
