Description
It was a 3 day long event taking place on instagram. Our team created a mental health checklist with items such as: pay attention to how you speak to yourself, prepare a nutritious meal, take a walk in nature, practice gratitude for the things in your life, etc.
We shared this list in instagram story for 3 days, this way people who wanted to join the challenge could screenshot the template and mark the items they did that day.
