Here we come with one more amazing lecture of Health and Well-Being week! This time it will be on meditation aiming to relax and calm the mind.
The topic: Full moon meditation class with Ieva
Ieva is practising yoga and meditation for 16 years. She has finished the Yoga Teacher Trainings in India. Ieva has been providing group and individual yoga, meditation activities for 10 years. The lecture, meditation will be streamed live via facebook on Thursday at 4.00 PM.
