The aim of the event was to offer to ESNers from all around the world and for our local students the opportunity to gain new knowledge and to exchange information about different subjects that will develop certain skills which they will need in the future. Some of the objectives were networking, to unite ESNers, information exchange, to create interesting activities for the youth which will involve not only our local and national youth, but also international, to create connections.
It was a 3 days event, where trainers from countries like Romania, Bulgaria, and also Moldova provided participants workshops about communication, negotiation, ESN tools, team-buildings, finances and so on. Also, there was networking between different nationalities which made the connection between participants a lot easier and friendly.
Outcomes
30 Informed participants, new connections, new formed friendships, cultural and informational exchange, 6 new sponsors, partnerships, 200+ new followers. The workshops that our trainers provided offered for participants the possibility to learn something new, and for the connections that were made. Moreover, because we made this campaign with all of our heart, not only logistically, we think that the work that we did put in, was 100% worth it.
