Goal of the Activity
Showing the story of pizza and the differences between the napolitan pizza and "sannita" pizza.
Description
We organized a conference in collaboration with the university open to both mobility students and local students, with the aim of describing the history of pizza and its ingredients, including the various species of wheat, with a final tasting offered by a well-known local pizza chef.
By organising this activity, the organisers want to contribute to the following Sustainable Development Goals
