The aim of this event was to help future Erasmus students of the University of Siena, providing information about their possible destinations
The meeting was done on Google meet platform, after taking the partecipation of university students through a google form. A common room has been created for all the 80 students partecipating to the event, where they have been provided with general informations about the Erasmus programme and the burocratic things they may need to know, with the collaboration of the International Office of the University of Siena. Then, a google file has been provided with the link to partecipate to 7 different rooms, one for each country: Spain, Portugal/Poland, Sweden, France, Germany, Luxembourg/The Netherlands, Belgium. In this way, all the students could decide in which room to enter depending on their Erasmus destination, and get information about the country and all the possible needs by our ESN staff that have precedently gone in that country for their Erasmus. The event has been widely appreciated by the student and the University, and a certification has been then given to all the partecipants of the call.
