The purpose of the visit to Karlovy Vary was to show the foreign students one of the most famous spa towns located in western Bohemia. During the trip, it was possible to enjoy Karlovy Vary's rich architecture with historical buildings, including spa houses, colonnades, and other interesting places. An interesting highlight was a look at the Grandhotel Pupp.
Karlovy Vary is one of the most famous spa towns in the world with a long tradition. The city is famous for its mineral springs, which have healing effects. The students were able to taste these springs. Among other things, they learned that Karlovy Vary hosts an international film festival every year, which attracts film enthusiasts from all over the world. In addition to the city tour, it was also possible to see the surrounding picturesque nature.
