The goal of the activity was to help international students in Udine to develop their language skills in Italian. Most students already had a basic level of Italian, therefore our goal was to practice both their speaking skills and to teach them new grammatical rules. Everything was done with a relaxed attitude, with no stress on performance, to make students feel welcome and not judged.
We divided students into two groups based on their level, a group for A1 level and another one for B2 level. We had two Italian organizers for each group, but the day and the time was the same. We oganized weekly sessions of one hour. The student number was more or less the same every week. The organizers planned lessons of grammar, excercises, and conversation. Lessons were always online, but since the numbers were not too high we were able to have quite familiar sessions.
