The goal of this event is to allow our international students to discover a bit more the Swiss culture while doing sport. Swiss wrestling is a typical Swiss sport and is not very well-known outside of Switzerland. It will help our International students to better understand the Swiss culture heritage and it also encourages our students to go outside and live an healthy life by doing sport. It is also a good way to meet other incomings and to develop new friendship to feel included in Lausanne.

We are delighted to invite you to the first edition of the Swiss🇨🇭 wrestling introductory course! It is an amazing national sport practiced on a floor covered with sawdust. Throws and trips are common because the first person to pin his or her opponent's shoulders to the ground wins the bout. 🏆Traditionally wrestlers wear wrestling breeches; we will wear sports clothes.
You will have a session of 1 hour 30 minutes to discover this sport 🤼♀️
The introductory course will be followed by a relaxing moment at a bar where you can buy drinks 🍻
