International Picnic

Our goal for this event was to create an inclusive and culturally enriching experience for our Erasmus students. We envisioned an event where our diverse community could come together to celebrate and share the richness of their respective cultures through the universal language of food.

To achieve this, we encouraged our Erasmus students to bring dishes from their home countries, allowing them to showcase the culinary treasures of their cultures. These dishes became more than just food; they became windows into the traditions, flavors, and stories of each participant's homeland.

The event provided a unique opportunity for cultural exchange. As students sampled the various dishes, they engaged in conversations, learning not only about the ingredients and cooking techniques but also the historical and social significance behind each dish.

Furthermore, this initiative aligned perfectly with our commitment to promoting diversity and fostering a sense of belonging within our Erasmus community. It was a space where everyone could feel valued, appreciated, and respected for their unique cultural identities.
