This event aims to promote cultural backgrounds of Erasmus students. By sharing foods with other we hope to bring them together and facilitate exchange about their different cultures and heritages. International dinner is a good opportunity to discover more about other countries and traditions, while sharing a warm and great moment all together. This event is also organized by all four ESN sections of Liège to bring us all together and create a nice event for volunteers to meet and chat.
Each participant have to bring a typical dish or beverage from their home country. ESN sections also brings typical food from Belgium. We display everything on different tables and everyone can taste what they want during the evening. For each dish, we provide students a short form on which we ask them to write the name of the dish, the country it comes from, a short description of the dish as well as allergens that may cause problems. We also put a little bit of music to have fun and chat with each other.
