Goal of the Activity
The goal was to create a moment of cultural exchange among all international students and italian volunteers as well, by trying and tasting typical and traditional dishes homemade by all participants. An other goal of the evening was to foster conscious plastic consumption.
Description
The event took place in one of university recreational area and some days before all students had to fill in a form with information about the dish they were going to bring. To avoid plastic overuse, we invited everybody to bring their own glasses and plates and put a fee of 1 euro for those who wanted to buy the disposable ones.
