The main goal of the camp was to integrate and organize training for new Coordinators.
The training and integration camp was mainly aimed at preparing Coordinators for the challenges posed by the academic year. For three days, participants had the opportunity to participate in training courses that would help them operate efficiently during their term of office. Workshops on costing, G Suite operation and project management were conducted. Additionally, a block was held, during which the Coordinators and the Management Board jointly performed a SWOT analysis of the ESN UEK Association, which will help in the preparation of a new strategy and structure of the organization. The coordinators, together with the Board Members, also brainstormed, during which a list of ideas for online events in the coming semester was created. However, the trip was not only aimed at developing the skills of the participants, but also a lot of time was devoted to team building and to get to know each other better with the Management Board. Moreover, the participants had the opportunity to take part in competitions, the prizes of which were organized by the FR Group in cooperation with the camp partners.
