The goal of the event was to foster cultural exchange and meaningful connections among Erasmus students through engaging activities and interactions. By bringing together students from diverse backgrounds and nationalities, we aimed to create an inclusive and welcoming environment where participants can share their experiences, learn from one another, and forge new friendships.
During the event, Erasmus students gathered at FaidaThe for an evening of cultural exchange and friendship-building activities. The atmosphere was warm and inviting, with the scent of freshly brewed tea filling the air and music playing in the background. To kick off the event, participants were welcomed with a brief introduction highlighting the goal of the evening: to connect with fellow Erasmus students from diverse backgrounds and nationalities.
The main activity of the event was the "Clock Partners" game, which provided an opportunity for students to meet and interact with a variety of peers in a structured yet informal setting. Each participant was given the task of finding a partner corresponding to each time on the 12-hour clock. After this, the event manager gave a question for each “appointment” in which they have to find their partner for that “date” and each answer the question. This led to a series of lively conversations and exchanges as students moved around the room, sharing stories, interests, and cultural insights with one another.
The tea shop provided a comfortable and welcoming environment for these interactions, with cozy seating areas and a relaxed ambiance conducive to fostering connections.
As the event came to a close, participants exchanged contact information and farewells, expressing gratitude for the opportunity to meet new friends and learn about different cultures. Overall, it was a successful and enjoyable evening, filled with laughter, learning, and the spirit of camaraderie that defines the Erasmus experience.
