The aim of the event was to promote active lifestyle, and to show that the local ice rink is now open and ready for the Christmas and winter season. Participants were also able to get to know each other better and have fun during sporting competitions.
Before entering the ice rink, participants first had to choose the right skates, and just waiting in line to get them was already full of laughter and good energy. However, the best fun didn't start until we got on the ice. Some of the participants felt perfectly comfortable and immediately moved on to riding and even spinning pirouettes. Others skated with caution, supporting themselves with railings from time to time. However, this didn't stop them from having a good time. New friendships were also born as participants helped each other on the ice. Sports integration thus proved to be a great success. The hour at the ice rink passed in the blink of an eye, and after the whole event we all went for some delicious food.
