Goal of the Activity
For ESN Iași volunteers to understand the importance of constructive feedback and to learn how to provide it.
Description
The workshop was held by one of our Alumni at the induction meeting with the new volunteers.
At first, 3 volunteers were voluntarily chosen to be put in 3 situations: blindfolded, they would throw a ball and receive constructive feedback, only good feedback or no feedback at all.
We have discussed the results and then we started a conversation on how we think feedback should be given, while sharing good practices.
By organising this activity, the organisers want to contribute to the following Sustainable Development Goals
