Goal of the Activity
Let the international students embrace fully the local culture by teaching them how to make pasta, the most typical italian food.
Description
The event took place in one of the university's canteen. Each partecipant receveid flour and eggs and they prepared tagliatelle from scratch by following the instructions given by the volunteers. At the end, everybody took what they had made at home and cooked it using traditional italian receipts suggested by the volunteers .
