The aim of this activity was to promote integration among Erasmus students through a hiking trip along the Cantabrian coast, encouraging teamwork, cultural exchange, and physical activity in a natural environment.
We met with the Erasmus students at Las Reginas (Santander) at 11:15 to take the boat to Somo, which departed at 11:40. Around 12:00 we started the hiking route from Somo towards the coastline.
At approximately 13:00 we stopped for lunch at “Playa de los Tranquilos.” After a thirty-minute break, we continued walking along the coast until we reached Langre Beach.
For the return trip, we followed a different route that passed through small villages and rural areas. At 17:00 we arrived back in Somo and had one hour of free time before taking the return boat at 18:00, reaching Santander about twenty minutes later.
