Hiking Rettenbachklamm

Ready for our first hike of the semester? 🥾🌄

Yes? Then grab your hiking boots and get started. We will take you to Rettenbachklamm which is located around 20 minutes outside of Graz and is easily accessible via Bim (tram 1). We will meet at the parking area of “sehen!wutscher” near the tram station Waldhof/Rettenbachklamm at 10:00 and start our trip through the Klamm at 10:30.

We will make a lunch break at the Stefanienwarte from where you have a nice view over the city of Graz. After relaxing for a bit, we will continue our hike going back to the tram stop - or optionally to the Mariatrost church.

We will arrive there in the early afternoon.😊

Please bring hiking boots (or at least sturdy shoes), weatherproof clothes, drinks and something to eat for the trip. If you need a tram ticket for coming to the mentioned station, make sure that you buy one (it may cost about 5€ altogether).

10.00 am at parking area of ”sehen!wutscher” (Mariatroster Straße 231; you will see marks on the ground to find the way easily from the tram station to the meeting point)
