Promoting psychophysical well-being through an outdoor excursion and appreciation of the natural and historical heritage
Description
For World Health Day, we proposed an activity for Erasmus students to enjoy the nature surrounds us, walking throughout beautiful hiking route around L’Aquila, La Crocetta.
From this viewpoint you can see the whole city of L'Aquila and the Aterno valley.
This route is full of beautiful landscapes and, along the way, we also visited several places of interest, such as the Convent of San Giuliano and the Sanctuary of Madonna Fore.
By organising this activity, the organisers want to contribute to the following Sustainable Development Goals
