The main purpose of this online event was to raise awareness for the importance of mental health and well-being. For this reason, the activities: pilates and meditation were included in the agenda of our event.
First off, the ESN Cause "Mental Health & Well-Being" and its goal was explained. Afterwards, the participants did pilates with the help of a pilates instructor. And then, a jamboard was created, on which the participants could share their thoughts and feelings anonymously. Right after, they were asked to add their coping mechanisms for mental distress. Following this, the participants were presented a youth center in Antalya, which offers free-of-charge services to the local students, when one is in need of psychosocial support. The event was finished off with a 15-minute meditation session.
