Goal of the Activity

Main goal of the campaign was to present some tips for improving and streghtening our mental health, definitely to show up the combination with healthy food and daily exercises (joga lesson)

Description

We created three posts shared on Instagram and Facebook during the day. The morning started with livestream of joga. Tips for healthy food were shared at lunch and lastly, ESN book recommedations that streghten our mental health.

Post about healthy food :A healthy diet and exercise is a longevity guarantee, it reduces stress or improves concentration, which is extremely important for students. ESN UMB BB has prepared a few quick and healthy recipes.

Post about book recomendations : Reading improves memory and strengthens self-confidence. As you read, you often get to know many characters, learn a lot about their personalities, and their lives...
