Goal of the Activity

The "Golden Bee" event aims to celebrate the achievements and memorable moments of the semester by recognizing Erasmus students in fun categories such as "Best Dancer" and "Funniest Student." It serves as a way to reflect on the shared experiences and foster a sense of community among participants. Additionally, the event highlights and rewards the most dedicated ESN volunteer of the term, promoting motivation and reinforcing the section's human resources for future activities.

Description

The "Golden Bee" is a signature end-of-semester event organized by ESN ITU to celebrate the vibrant community of Erasmus students who have participated throughout the term. The event features a fun and engaging awards ceremony where participants vote in various categories and winners are awarded. The highlight of the evening is the announcement of the "Volunteer of the Term" award, which recognizes the outstanding contribution of an ESN member who has demonstrated exceptional dedication and hard work. Through this event, ESN ITU not only creates a memorable experience for students but also strengthens volunteer engagement and section cohesion.
