The goal of this German Dinner was to provide some lesser known, unconventional or even straight up strange traditional German foods for international students to try.
As there is often a shyness to trying unknown foods, especially when not knowing what a certain food is and when there are only bigger quantities are sold, we hoped to allow the students to try some foods they maybe have always wanted to try or have never heard of before and broaden their cuilinary expierence and knowledge about German culture - without wasting food!
Doppelkorn, Harzer Rolle, Pumpernickel, Sülze, ... never heard of it?
They are all traditional German delicacies!
