Goal of the Activity

As a primary goal, we wanted to improve the knowledge about SSI rules among our network on the local and national level. The agenda of the project was correlated with gender equality topics where SSI will be used as a background for the Gender Inclusion area. This is an important objective for ESN Poland which is ensured by our current long-term strategy for 2021-2025 years. After the workshop, our aim was to make participants able to understand the importance of gender inclusion in the field of teamwork and sport competitions. Finally, we wanted to make them able to apply SSI tools in their daily activities on the local level and during Local Rounds of Erasmus Games in 2025.

Description

Workshops were held during LEG ATM - 2 days training event for Local Coordinators and Local OC members of Local Erasmus Games in Poland. During the event, participants gained knowledge about project management, finances and communication. As a part of the training event, participants learned about SSI rules and gender equality in the field of sport competitions or general teamwork. Workshops were facilitated in alignment with Kolb Cycle and Blooms Taxonomy theories. The connection between local and international students will be contributed during the Local Erasmus Games in February and March 2025, when participants will organise the Local Phase of the Project and gained knowledge will be implemented in practice.
