As ESN Yeditepe and ESN Bogazici, we decided to watch the long-awaited Eurovision Song Contest together since both sections have members who are keen Eurovision fans. Then, we thought that probably many other sections from ESN International are also very excited about the show. Therefore, we got in touch with different sections from ESN AISBL to watch the contest together. We received a positive return from several sections in the SEEP region: ESN ADA Baku, ESN ASE Bucharest, and ESN Sofia (5 sections).
Although the event was quite long (4 hours and a half), we maintained a decent level of participation and engagement. Participants shared their thoughts after every entry and waited for the voting results with bated breath. In the meantime, we chatted about our countries, sections, personal lives and made many friends with whom we are still in touch.
