Hello everyone!
We hope you are doing well. In the spirit of European week of sports, ESN VMU would like to invite you to participate in our own fitness challenge. This week is all about bringing awareness of physical health and well-being to our university students. To participate in this challenge you will need to download a free app called Endomondo and join the challenge there. Before exercising turn the app on and let it record your activity. The most active participants will receive prizes depending on three categories : students, mentors and esn'ers, thus if you're not the first one in the challange it doesn' mean you're not the first one in your category~
