Goal of the Activity
The ESN Utrecht Introduction Week is aimed at introducing the incoming international students to the City of Utrecht! Each participant is placed in a mentor group, where two mentors will then be their point of contact for the whole semester. The activity takes place all over the city and students can get to know the main locations in the city. Furthermore, social activities such as speed friending, bowling, pooling, ping pong, laser tag, karaoke, and the famous Dutch Cantus are included.
Description
Before the event, each participant is placed into a mentor group where 12-15 participants are placed with 2 mentors. The activities were then as follows:
- Monday: Mentor dinner, Ping Pong, Neon Light Party
- Tuesday: Pub Crawl or Cantus & Student Party
- Wednesday: Speedfriending & Jeu de Boules
- Thursday: Bowling and Karaoke or Pooling and Laser Tag & Party
