Reward ESN Tallinn volunteers for hard work during the welcome weeks, motivate them to help out during the upcoming events, welcome newbies and let them get to know other members and bond with them.
Motivational ESN themed pub crawl, where the participants solve the hints to reveal the next location, do fun ESN related challenges (ex. convince a stranger to join ESN Tallinn, sing a love song to your board member, post on Instagram story selfie with all the participants, tag ESN Tallinn and write "I asked God for a perfect wife/husband, but he gave me ESN Tallinn" etc.) and get points for them. The activity starts after the official members meeting and ends in one of the local clubs. During the pub crawl, participants visit 4 bars in Tallinn old Town (3 ESN Tallinn partner bars and 1 potential partner).
