The objective of this activity was to introduce Erasmus students to the rich and diverse flavors of Bulgarian cuisine.
ESN Plovdiv organized a delightful dinner at a traditional Bulgarian restaurant, carefully chosen for its accessibility to all participants.
Authentic Bulgarian Fare: At the restaurant, participants had the opportunity to explore a variety of Bulgarian dishes. Some Erasmus students opted for individual orders, while others chose to share plates, allowing everyone to sample a wider selection of Bulgarian delicacies.
This dinner not only provided Erasmus students with a delicious culinary experience but also facilitated cultural exchange and bonding within the group. It offered a taste of Bulgaria's gastronomic traditions and created lasting memories, especially through the touching birthday celebration, demonstrating the unity and warmth of the Erasmus community.
