Goal of the Activity

Learn about Sicilian history and art in one of the most important museums in Sicily. The Antonino Salinas Regional Archaeological Museum is located in Palermo. It has one of the richest archaeological collections in Italy and bears witness to Sicilian history in all its phases, ranging from prehistory to the Middle Ages. It contains artefacts from the peoples who determined the history of the island: Phoenicians, Punics, Greeks, Romans and Byzantines, but also artefacts from other peoples such as the Egyptians and Etruscans. The Palermo Stone, an important testimony to the history of the Ancient Egyptian Kingdom, is preserved here.

Description

For the occasion of the 10th of March the visit was free of charge. After two forms (one to define the number and one to define the time), a Whastapp group was created. This was the place to meet and share photos at the end of the event.
