Have you always wanted to see the beautiful tulip fields in the Netherlands? ESN takes you on a trip to Keukenhof where you can admire a diverse range of colourful tulips while getting to know new people!
This is the plan:
We will meet at the central Station in Nijmegen and travel together to Leiden and Keukenhof by train and bus. You have the possibility to join a group ticket for the train + a bus ticket from Leiden to Keukenhof. First, we will visit the lovely city Leiden and then hop on the bus to the amazing flower garden Keukenhof. At the end of the day we will go back to Nijmegen together.
What you can expect:
Leiden is one of the most beautiful and typical cities of the Netherlands. Once we have arrived there we will have a thrilling city tour in which we will get to know interesting facts and stories about the city. Afterwards it time for a lunch break. You can either bring your own food or look for a cosy café to get some lunch.
After having experienced the flair of lovely city Leiden, we will hop on the bus to Keukenhof. Keukenhof is the biggest flower garden in the world where around 7 million flowers are blooming, under it tulips, hyacinths, roses and many more. While we’re at the park you can stroll around the fields of flowers, smell their lovely scents, and enjoy the colourfulness.
We will be back in Nijmegen around 9 in the evening.
