Motivate Czech students to go abroad, raising awareness about Erasmus+ and mobility programmes alongside, to reach out to more rural areas, inspiring non-mobile students to join mobilities
During ESN MUNI Brno's visit to Masarykova střední škola in Letovice our 2 volunteers and 1 Erasmus+ student visited the school, attending all together 6 classes. During these 6 classes, the visitors presented their home countries; Finland, Honduras and Poland and some cultural quirks of them to the local Czech high schoolers (14-18 years old). Alongside the country presentations, mobility programs offered in the local universities and further a field in the form of Erasmus internships were discussed. The day concluded with a tour of the facilities alongside a long discussion on the topic on how to enable students in vocational fields to join mobilities, as MSSL specializes in architecture, wood and ceramics working.
