The goal of this event was to give students an opportunity to take time out and concentrate on themselves.
Description
Yoga is well known activity that helps you improve your ability to concentrate and relax but also to strength your muscels and stretch your body. But Kundalini yoga is about concentrating on your inner energy and opening chakras, so it has really strong impact about our mental health. The class was through zoom where the teacher was showing the movements and talking/explaining at the same time.
