As ESN Kadir Has our mission is to spread our mentality to more people which is student helping student. Therefore by doing this training we aimed four major objectives
- Introducing ESN to new members
- To indicate what ESN adds to thier volunteers
- Showing how big ESN family is to new members
- Encourage new members creativity with comittee workshops

As ESN Kadir Has we are really happy that we are continuously growing! Therefore we organized a online training to candidate members to introducing ESN with the honorable participation of President of the ESN Turkey Merve Ceylan delivered very inspiring and motivational speech based on her own experiences, encouraging candidate members to become active member of ESN Kadir Has and Vice President of ESN Turkey Efe Berke Akkaya explained the structure, mission, and impact of the ESN with his awesome presentation. Moreover as board we describe buddy program, ESNcard and our sections and national comittees Also both of our comittees had very unique online workshop to encourage the participation to seminar.
