Goal of the Activity
The goal of this activity was to take the Erasmus students to do an excursion in the Italian alps, showcasing their beautiful natural environment and promoting healthy activities and slow tourism.
Description
We visited the beautiful Alpeggi of Canzo, a quite popular excursion which took us deep in the mountain forests of the Lariano Triangle in the Como Lake area. Thanks to the very well kept hiking trail little preparation in terms of gear was necessary for the hike, and the students were able to enjoy themselves but also to be challenged by the steeper parts of the trail. Once at Terz'alpe, our destination, we stopped for lunch (packed by the students themselves) and rested for a bit. Finally we headed down and took the train back to Milan.
