The ESN Healthy Challenge aims at promoting wellbeing by a series of challenges launched via our Instagram account. Especially during lockdown, it is important to be mindful of our health and take care of ourselves: not only of our body, but also of our mind. On Tuesday we posted a challenge on our Instagram account and asked participants to show us their favourite Yoga position, then nominate three or more friends to take part in it. Yoga practice has several benefits for both physical and mental health, and we aimed at involving all the students who might not be very active or just prefer less intense physical activities. We also created a video showing them some positions and to make them feel inspired. During next weeks we'll propose something about healthy food and healthy lifestyle to keep a state of well-being our mind and body.
The overall feedback of the Erasmus students who joined our healthy challenge was positive: they reported enjoying it and some of them told us they were not familiar with it, but got more interested and wanted to find out more about Yoga practices and healthy lifestyle.
The result was great.
