The Florio Family was one of the most important families in Sicilian history, leaving a significant imprint of their history on the historical artistic and architectural fabric of the city of Palermo. After viewing the venue “The Lions of Sicily” and visiting the Villino Florio, the third event in the series dedicated to learning about the Florio Family was the show “The Seasons of the Florios,” in which the entire history was traced from its origins to their demise.
The event in general was successful, there were no empty moments, and the Erasmus at the end were very impressed and eager to learn more. The event was also accompanied by the preparation by ESN volunteers of a brochure with text of the play translated entirely into English.
