To inspire and educate high school students about the opportunities available through the ERASMUS+ programme and the support provided by ESN. By sharing personal experiences and engaging with students through interactive sessions, we aim to increase awareness and excitement about studying abroad, fostering a sense of curiosity and ambition to explore international education opportunities.
We recently had an awesome time visiting a local high school to spread the word about the ERASMUS+ programme and what ESN is all about. Two of our enthusiastic ESN members, along with an Erasmus student living in Bratislava, led the charge.
We kicked things off by introducing the ERASMUS+ programme, talking about all the cool opportunities it offers for students to study abroad. Then, we dove into what ESN does and how we support international students, making sure everyone knew how we can help make their exchange experience amazing.
The real highlight was when our Erasmus student shared his personal journey and what it’s like to study in Bratislava. His stories were super relatable and got everyone excited about the possibilities of going on Erasmus themselves.
We also had a fun and interactive Q&A session using Slido. The high school students were buzzing with questions and super eager to learn more. Their curiosity led to a lively and engaging discussion.
By the end of the event, the students were pumped up and inspired. Many of them didn’t know much about ESN or the ERASMUS+ programme before, but they left with tons of info and excitement about what the future could hold.
