Spin around on weekend vibes with POLE DANCE
Our course is suitable also for beginners that have never touched pole yet.
- Physical Fitness: Pole dancing is a full-body workout that enhances strength, flexibility, and coordination. The basic course may aim to improve participants' physical fitness levels.
- Skill Development: Participants may learn fundamental pole dance moves, spins, and poses. The goal would be to build a foundation of skills and techniques that they can later advance upon.
