The goal of the event was to create a connection between local and foreign students. We wanted to break down barriers and stereotypes and create friendships. We wanted to point out the wonderful cultural diversity. We also wanted to promote Erasmus as such and support local students in participating in mobilities.
Erasmus Village
The first part of the event took place from early morning until lunch. Foreign students formed groups according to which country they came from. Each group presented the country they came from. The presentation included cultural customs, food or less known fun facts. The event was also attended by Slovak students who had the opportunity to get to know foreign students and get to know their countries. All were accompanied by various short games. At the end, the best stand was evaluated, all participants could vote.
The second part of the program took place in the evening as an after party. A quiz was organized for Slovak and foreign students. The participants were randomly divided into teams so that each team included domestic and foreign students. The quiz was followed by a free program.
