Bring together local and erasmus students
We visited a regional school in the Nicosia District where students from various rural and remote villages in the area are enrolled. The ESNers, as former Erasmus students and the current Erasmus student from Germany, shared their exchange experiences with elementary school students.
Before that, everyone introduced themselves by mentioning a country they had visited and one they wished to visit. Following the introductions, activities like storytelling and role play helped to illustrate the history of Erasmus and its impact on students' lives. Finally, we discussed the various opportunities available to them, such as student exchanges, the duration of these programs, Erasmus placements, and short-term exchanges they can participate in during their school years.
At the end, we conducted a small evaluation of the experience and discussed the likelihood of the students joining a mobility program in the future
