Goal of the Activity

The primary goal of Erasmus+ in Schools is to promote international mobility and intercultural learning for students and staff in primary and secondary education. This is achieved through several key objectives:

For Students:

  • Broadening Horizons: Exposing students to different cultures, languages, and perspectives.
  • Personal Development: Fostering personal growth, independence, and self-confidence.
  • Language Skills: Improving language skills, especially in foreign languages.
  • Global Citizenship: Cultivating a sense of European citizenship and global awareness.

For Staff:

  • Professional Development: Enhancing pedagogical skills and knowledge through training and observation.
  • Network Building: Establishing connections with educators from other countries.
  • Innovative Practices: Promoting innovative teaching methods and curriculum development.
  • School Internationalization: Contributing to the internationalization of schools.

By achieving these goals, Erasmus+ in Schools aims to equip students and staff with the skills and knowledge needed to thrive in an increasingly interconnected world.
