Develop inclusiveness among students through the democratic voting of Erasmus student and ESN Bari volunteers who distinguished themselves during the first semester of this academic year, including them in categories in line with the new no gender canons.
The event managers prepared all the material to decorate the location and create the prizes in the days preceding the event. On the afternoon of the event, about ten volunteers set up the room with the material prepared the days before, also carrying out rehearsals for the award speeches. Afterwards, we gave a meeting point to the Erasmus students with a time to catch the bus. We filled 4 buses, each with two Erasmus managers inside. Once we arrived at the location, we let the Erasmus students in and took their photos in front of the background with the writing "The Erasmus Oscar by ESN Bari". As specified in the messages promoting the event, an elegant Oscar Night-themed outfit was required. The votes of Erasmus students and ESN members then followed. 9 prizes were awarded to Erasmus and 9 to volunteers, plus 2 prizes for the most elegant of the evening among members and Erasmus. All voting was done before the event via a Google form, with the exception of the prizes for the most elegant. The winners were called to the stage and awarded their prize. The evening ended and we took the Erasmus students back to the meeting point by bus.
