Goal of the Activity
The goal of the meeting was to inform the IROs, Student Councils and NGOs about EGM Seville 2024 and invite them to participate or to support the volunteers of the section financially to represent them at EGM Seville 2024.
Description
We used the HEI funding presentation for EGM Seville 2024 to invite and encourage HEIs and other institutions to participate in the event. A volunteer of the section was explaining what the event is about and the representatives asked questions. An email with information was sent to all of the invitees no matter of their participation to get familiar with EGM, so next year they have a better idea of what we want from them and why.
