Facilitate a discussion about stereotypes about Dutch culture and culture shock after arrival in the Netherlands; introduce international students to less-known facts about Dutch traditions, geography and history.
Description
Prior to the event, all participants received a package of traditional Dutch snacks to taste together during the online meeting. The online event started with a discussion about Dutch culture, stereotypes and culture shock experience. The discussion was followed by a presentation about traditions and interesting facts about Dutch history and geography. The event ended with a Dutch-themed drawing game.
