Goal of the Activity
We visited an animal shelter to walk the dogs and learn about the situation of shelter dogs in Hungary. In the afternoon, on our way back to Budapest we spent a few hours in the town of Szentendre.
Description
The ESNers and the international students met in the morning and took public transport to the animal shelter. First we received a quick tour around the shelter, then each participant was given a dog and we walked them in the wast area nearby. Some people decided to walk multiple dogs. In total we spent 3 hours there, then took the bus to the center of Szentendre and walked around the popular town. We returned to Budapest in the evening.
